SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE
Your orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 7 working days after receipt of your payment, subject to availability of the color you choose. Your order is sent via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivery without signature. The delivery costs include the preparation and packaging costs as well as the shipping costs. Shipping costs in mainland France are € 15.
PRE-ORDERS
In case of "pre-order", the deadline will be specified by email to inform you of their arrival at the workshop. A second email will be sent to you to announce their delivery. NON-EUROPE DELIVERY ON REQUEST

RETURN OF YOUR PACKAGE
You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return it to us. Return costs are your responsibility and you can only make an exchange.
How to exchange?
1. Write to us at hello@tipinid.com, informing us of your exchange request and specifying your order number (within 15 days of receiving it).
We will confirm that the exchange is possible.
2. Put the product (s) intact and unused, with the label and the original packaging, in the parcel of your order accompanied by your invoice.
3. Post your package.
4. You will then receive an e-mail informing you of the receipt of the said package by the TIPINID team
5. Your account will then be credited with the value of the item (s) returned within 7 days after receipt by the TIPINID team of the returned package.
6. To purchase a new product, you will need to place a new order using this credit.
7. Please note that the shipping costs for this new order will be at your expense.
